<idPurp>Disponibilidade hídrica é a quantidade de água disponível para determinado uso, na qualidade necessária, em um trecho de corpo hídrico, durante determinado tempo . A disponibilidade hídrica para fins de gestão de recursos hídricos deve ser avaliada em função de vazões de referência ocorridas naturalmente nos cursos de água. Como não se tem medições de vazão in loco em todos os trechos hídricos do Estado, as vazões de referência são estimadas através de modelagem hidrológica ou de metodologias mais simplificadas como regionalização de vazões.
